Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or accidental orders.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@irievita.com with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • We do not accept cancellations once production has begun.
